I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room; it offered plenty of space for my belongings, and the two beds were a lovely bonus. With free Wi-Fi available in the rooms, I could easily plan my adventures and stay connected while indulging in the local culture. the convenience of having an electric kettle meant I could enjoy my favorite teas and coffees right at my fingertips, enhancing my overall experience. Though the decor felt a bit dated, the cleanliness and charm of the establishment made it easy to overlook, solidifying New Chikou as a worthwhile destination for any traveler seeking both history and hospitality.
